1. No Return Policy (Perishable Products)
- Products such as milk, paneer, butter, ghee, vegetables, and honey are perishable in nature.
- Therefore, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
We only consider refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is spoiled or leaking
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing items from the order
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a refund or replacement:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

6. Non-Eligible Cases

- Product is damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Delay in reporting (beyond 24 hours)

7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
